We are kinda cheating because we picked a reception venue that doubled as a character dinner! Granted, we aren't having a traditional, private reception-- just dinner, then going to Atlantic Dance Hall to continue the party. But hey, it works for us!

Wilderness Lodge is SO gorgeous! Did you have an Escape wedding? Very cool!

We are outside... can't wait to see everything decorated for Christmas!

That is a great idea to get the characters there! We took our guests to the Whispering Canyon Cafe for lunch (we had a morning wedding) then we went over to MK for MNSSHP (the Halloween party). Yes it was an escape wedding, the basic package (although it was a bit different to what is offered now I believe) which suited us perfectly! We didn't want to spend a load of money which we would have had to do in this country (UK) and wanted it to be special! It was a lovely location unlike some of the others which seemed a bit too public to us (like the Polynesian and Boardwalk locations).

You will have a gorgeous backdrop and the Atlantic Dance Hall will be so much fun with other people all together!

hoping your Shellie May is the real deal, if not I agree you should get a refund and try the Duffy Post. I'm holding out for the Sweet Duffy release next year as the past costumes have been amazing and I have to have at least one Japanese outfit. However I don't have a Shellie May yet and want to wait until we visit TDL ourselves to choose one hopefully in the next couple of years

I'm so glad to hear she's authentic. I can't wait for her pictorial debut.
