YEA!!! I'm very much looking forward to this, too. It's the only network show that I'll actually watch on a consistent basis. This season should be quite interesting, what with Charleze Theron in six episodes and the writers not having to worry about ratings (avoiding cancelation last year felt like a minor miracle).

This show is one of the very best things on Television. Monday night SUCKS as a Time slot but at least it's on! I CAN'T WAIT!

Re: Arrested Development

Have you seen the latest add campaign. Shameless pandering at it's best, I love it.

It goes as follows:

Jason Bateman comes out and says, "Arrested Development has won 5 Emmys, and yet, no one is watching. This is Carmen Electra [brings out Carmen Electra]. She has never won an Emmy. Never even been nominated. We're going to give Carmen Electra one of our Emmys...IF 15 million viewers watch the season premier. We're serious."

It was pretty good, the scene when Jessica tells Michael that she wants to buy a Volvo.

Re: Arrested Development

The show seems different too me. Maybe because the kids are older and the storylines have gotten downright outrageous. Still a good episode though.

Re: Arrested Development

I liked it but it wasn't the funniest episode that I have seen. So how are the two kids related...cousins right? I haven't seen to many episodes yet so I'm still trying to get everything straight in my head.

Re: Arrested Development

That was a DAMN good episode!! I fell on the floor laughing twice.

Wig Shop Owner: Are you buying or are you just curious.
Tobias: I guess I'm buy-curious.

and

Michael: Maybe that feeling you're feeling is love?
Job: I know what an erection feels like Michael!

Tobias and his hair plug dilemma had me cracking up, as did Gob and his "chicken dance".

Re: Arrested Development

Did anyone else catch the stab at Everybody Loves Raymond?

It was brilliant, and went something like this.

George Sr.: What are you talking about Michael?
Michael: Nice act dad. You're a regular Brad Garrett.

Thats it, I've got to go buy season 1 on DVD, I think season 2 comes out on the 11th so I'll have to get that as well. Long live the Chicken Dance!!!
