Bad news is I had Bama rolling over Wisconsin, but then I had Bama losing to BC in the next round.

This should be the official NCAA Tourney thread! Anyone else dabbling in Bracketology this year? Who is your big upset? Which #1 team will not make it to the Final Four? Will Wake Forest show up this year with something to prove or will they continue there miserable showings?

Wake always, and I mean ALWAYS lets me down. They impress me against teams like UNC and Duke in regular season, then choke at tourney time. I mean, the ACC is more pressure than any tournament--how can they suck so badly when I put myself out there and pick them for my Final 4? And did I choose them again? Yes. Because I'm an IDIOT.

mamabot, I had Alabama doing the same as you...losing to BC. Oh well. Damn. Pacific/Pitt screwed me, too. Oh well.

Nathan has the same problem with Wake. Every single year they let him down. This year, I have them going to the final game and losing to Duke. Which means that I know that by the end of the weekend, I can pretty much throw away my bracket.

I had Pacific losing to PItt, then I had that intuition feeling creep up on me and I quickly switched it to Pacific. Really glad I trusted my instinct. I had the same instinct kick in with Louisville/Georgia Tech, to the point that I have written in G Tech under Lousiville to remind myself that this is a choice I was shaky on.

I may as well throw my bracket into the fire cause I had frikken Wake going to the final game (then losing to Duke). Argh! I hate Wake Forest. I am never choosing them ever again.

How's Utah State doing? I don't follow basketball at all, but I was really happy to find out they upset UOP to win the Big West because their pep band is so awesome (shush, I'm in pep band so those kind of things matter to me!). They even helped us gang up on UCSB at one of the playoff games.
