SHOWTIME FOR THE BLUTHS?: Hmm, maybe the fat lady should shut her mouth and take a seat. The New York Post hears brand-new buzz that Showtime has not only picked up Fox's canceled Arrested Development but has ordered a full 26 episodes.

I Can't wait! I hope they don't make it too vulgar. The humor had the perfect blend of tame adult comedy and stuff that would just barely get by the network censors. I hope it remains clever and that the writers don't start to slack off just because they can finally put a word like f*** into the script.

I would almost prefer if they kept the bleeping IN, it was so much fun! Yes the writers will need to work at building a new audience and create a whole new series of problems for the Bluths!

I didn't find this show that funny, but a friend who did told me that they tied up all the loose ends and kind of finished the plot. Is that true? Wouldn't they kind of be hunting for a plot now?
