In a lawsuit filed in Florida District Court on November 18, 2009, Mickey Mouse brought an action against Donald Duck. The federal case is Mouse v. Duck and is assigned case number 1:1950cv05050.

The 3-paragraph Complaint, was filed by the law firm of Abogado & Abogado. Mr. Duck, through his attorney Pluto the Dog, denies paragraph 2. Goofy, who now apparently works as the Deputy Clerk for the Court, issued the summons.

I personally look forward to the future. Disney has introduced some good entertainment, but none of it Disney quality.

Princess and the Frog (the 45 min of it I have seen), and Tiana's Showboat Jubilee at Disneyland are the first two signs of quality I have seen in a long while, Thanks Lasseter.
