Downtown Disney in Anaheim has agreed to let Dave and me do a signing of our new action/adventure novel Hidden Mickey on November 28th, 2009, from 1 to 5 p.m. We will be set up outside Compass Books and Cafe across from ESPN Zone and the Rainforest Cafe.

This is good news for us as Downtown Disney hasn't allowed author signings in quite a while. We are working on getting permission to bring my 1957 classic T-Bird to show next to our table. The car is featured on the back cover and inside in a car show worked into the storyline.

My co-author Dave Smith was a castmember at Disneyland in the late 1970's through 1985. He brings a lot of insider information to the novel, and will bring a deck of cards for some magic tricks he will perform throughout our signing session. We might even be giving away some original A - E Disneyland tickets from the 'old days' of the Park!

So, come and join us for some fun in the sun on that special Saturday! Look for the blue awning and the awesome T-Bird!

I believe I will be taking my first solo trip (ever...not just Disneyland) in the very beginning of December. I may chicken out and end up taking my parents but I really want to venture out on my own and meet some cool Disneyland nuts. :) My parents may have introduced me to the Disney scene when I was just a baby but they aren't exactly big fans of Disneyland.

I am making myself out to be like I'm real young but really I'm 29, haha. I guess I am making this thread to see if anyone will be going in the first week to the parks and if you wouldn't mind me tagging along with your party? I'm a tad shy at first but start talking about Disney and I won't shut up. :D I'd love to make some new lasting friendships so feel free to respond to this or contact me.

Hi everyone.

We have not had a meet since August. It's time to change that. As you all know Zemeckis's A Christmas Carol has started showing. The current plan is to go see it next Saturday at the theater in the Southcenter Mall, the same one we saw UP at back in June. Like last time we will meet beforehand in the food court to visit and have lunch. Times are flexible at this point and I am open to feedback.
