On the main Micechat page, everything that is in the "What's going on in Micechat?" box is all bordered left. Isn't it usually centered?

Remember MiceChat is a living, ever growing, ever changing site. Monorail Man is constantly tweeking code, trying out new stuff, testing possible changes and you never know what might pop up next. Thats part of the fun!
