Christmas colors and theme nice, but...

When I first logged on this AM, I looked at the Micechat christmas theme/colors and thought "Nice, a little CHristmas (holliday spirit). But then as I read more and posted a couple or replies I noticed that e colors were so intense that I was having a hard time focusing. In fact I double posted a couple of times when I only meant to do a minor edit.

As I look at it now, and compose my post, then look away I see spots, like when a flash goes off in my face.

If anyone wants, the colors could be a little softer...

I must say I concur. I didn't even really bother to try and use the skin. I had a hard enough time trying to read to change it back.

The standard colors are so much easier, but I do miss the snowflakes.

I think it's purty.

I like virtual snowflakes much better than the real thing, which we unfortunately have about a foot or so of outside right now.

Red and green are complimentary colors and therefore have a strobbing effect. It is very pretty but hard on the eyes.

My only skin options are "inverted" and "Christmas". ???

I love it, but my eyes also have a hard time focusing on it. Thank goodness we have the option to change it when we want so I can give my eyes a break now and again!

The skin is unusable as it is. Drop the falling snow effect and change it to a white background with green text and red links, and it would suddently become readable.

I just quickly said "eww" and jumped back to traditional MiceChat. And I used the Halloween one, too.
