Great look and functionality on the Post Reply box!

Slick, smooth and classy, sez I! Both the "quick reply" and "go advanced" rock!

I love the new Quick reply Box. It's super cool looking, and definitely quick as the name implies.

I must also admit that the old set up with an ad, on the right hand side of the Quick Reply Box was always a little distracting for me.

I hope this is a permanent change, because I really love it. I almost always use Quick Reply, and this makes my MiceChatting a real delight. Moreso than usual, of course.

I love the new box! The Auto-Save feature is great because I have problems with my internet right now and my computer likes to disconnect right when I'm going to post, so the auto-save has helped me a lot. I wish the 30 second timer was lifted because it gets annoying in the fun and games lounge when I want to catch up quickly on all the games. It doesn't take me 30 seconds between posts since some of them are simple like the Count to a Million game. Also, now with the recent combining post feature it seems unnecessary. But anyways, the new box is great.

The box has shrunk again, which is fine. It is what I am used to. I now see a blank area next to the box on my right, and an ad is now under the box.

Editing seems to take a bit longer now.

The smiles are pretty much still there... you just have to know the code for them... The smilies I use I just have the code memorized and I use that and don't "look up" any of them anymore anyway.

Or I also have my personal stash of smiles on photobucket too.

Yeah, that last one I don't get to use much... but sometimes I sure would like to...

I'm much to lazy to use smilies. I do love the Mickey one, Jody.

I miss the arrows to resize the text field. I mostly visit through my phone and tablet, so seeing the whole post, regardless of its length was wonderful. As of now I have not figured out how to drag the box to make it larger like I do on my laptop.

It doesn't work at all in Opera Mini. I've had to switch browsers on my iPhone (I don't care for the iOS version of Safari).

Since Opera Mini sends information to Opera's servers, and then back to your phone (to render it in an embedded Safari window - that's what Apple only allows) it isn't supported. The new editor uses local storage to render/save content. You can switch back to the old editor in your Settings, under "General Settings".

Yes will all of the smilies be coming back??

Also, sometimes in my quickreply box, it was show the main forum page. Once it was already in there, and just now when I clicked on reply with quote, it showed up again, not the quoted post.
    Good morning, son
    In twenty years from now
Maybe we'll both sit down and have a few beers
And I can tell you 'bout today
And how I picked you up and everything changed
    It was pain
    Sunny days and rain
I knew you'd feel the same things...
