Is necroposting allowed?

Basically, necroposting is when you bump a page that's too old. Is it allowed here? If not, how long can it be until it's considered necroposting?

The site is set up where after 3 months of inactivity the thread is automatically locked. So as long as the thread is not over 3 months old, its fair game.
