Username list question

I was just wondering what the heck the "+" next to peoples names in the userlist and @ the bottom of the threads means

it is really racking my mind, does it mean they are on your buddy list..or is it something else?

i think it means that they are on your buddy list

Yes, it means that person is on your buddy list.
