How to load smilies??

I do not know if this is the right place to post this, but how do you load smilies to your smilie collection? On other MB I post on they are already loaded..

. so I am at a lost of how to get all these fun ones I see..

In "Go Adanvced" or "Post Reply" you'll see a smilie face with a drop down... click on that, and then more smilies (or whatever it says).
The smilie with an x is to make custom smilies!!

I have done that and I it does not seem to work. I have about 15 smilies availer. There are so many I see others using that are not listed. How would I use one that are not listed? Thank you..

To get all the smilies, after you get the drop down, there's a button at the bottom that says "Show All Smilies". Click on that and a seperate smilies window will pop up where you will see all the smilies

It is not popping up on mine..

. I thought maybe I had a pop-up blocker, but I can not figure out how that works on explorer. I usually use my browser in AOL and for some reason micechat will not load properly in AOL. I will keep trying...

OK did a little more investigating an I cannot get the smilie pop up window on MDC either while in Internet Explorer. So, I guess I have to figure out how to enable them through IE. I have turned off my pop-up blocker and that did not do it. Any ideas?

YEAH...got it to work!! Even through the pop-up blocker was turned off it was still not letting it come up. Fiddled with it and it works...

This is sort of a tangent to the topic (okay I'm too lazy to start a new thread)...whom do I direct to in order to request an smilie to be added??
