    Question User CP width problem

This is what my User CP page looks like. I've tried to force refresh. What else can I do to fix the width? TIA!

    Re: User CP width problem

You're font size/zoom is set larger than the default:

    1. Click View
    2. Then "Text Size" (or "Zoom")
    3. Then "Default" (or "Reset").

Also, you're OS's DPI maybe set larger than the default. This causes everything to appear larger across all windows, and breaks MiceChat's look, if you want to reset it:

    1. Click on Start then Control Panel.
    2. Click on Appearance and Themes and then click on Display.
    3. A box will pop up. Click on the Settings tab.
    4. Click on Advanced.

Change the DPI setting to Normal size (96 DPI).
Click OK and your computer will ask you to reboot your computer. Click Yes.

No, it wasn't but just playing around with the font size (and then going back to the size I had when I did the screen shot) fixed the problem.

    Thanks MM!

I spoke too soon. Here is a screen shot with the text set to "normal". Still too wide.

    Re: User CP width problem

Here is screen shot after I changed to "Normal" DPI. And now that we know that doesn't help the problem, I will now be changing back to a size that does not give me eye strain.

Thanks for the help MM. Any other suggestions? It does seem to me that if that were really the problem, I would have it on all pages, not just the User CP page.

try the content page in the Tools->options menu of firefox. Do you have customized settings there for Fonts? Under the Advanced button, is the checkbox that says 'allow websites to choose their own font' selected?

The defaults should be 16pt and 13pt for the monospaced font.

^^ All of that is/was as you suggested Flynn. Thanks for trying again. No difference in the width yet.
