Try running on your toes. Many many MANY years ago, like when I was in jr. high, I heard that if you run on your toes instead of flat footed you can run a bit faster. Sure I get winded walking to the mail box now but in Jr. high I was pretty darn fast... for short distances anyway.

Personally, I care less if people are fat as a cow or skinny as a pole. As long as they are nice and I able to talk to them, that's all I worry about. Just...some people don't think that way.

And I don't frankly give a flying f*** what anyone thinks of me.
I spent my entire life obsessing and wilting because of the negative things i heard about myself from other people. People that didn't even know me. All they did was see a big girl..
Okay? How about my personality?
I spent so long obsessing and caring about what everyone else thought of me. I had an epiphany the summer before Senior year.
I decided I just didn't care anymore.
I am comfortable enough in my own skin. Sure, It'd be nice to be smaller. But you know, this is who i am, who i will be. Deal with it. You don't like me? Tough.

Oh i weeze and heave and breathe like i have a sinus infection when i run.
Even when i was even a little in shape, i still ran pretty fast, but i was REALLY short and i could never pass the running tests. People would make fun of me and i'd just use words to battle.

I feel the same way, Angel.
I'm not gonna run the extra mile to become skinny to impress other people. If I was severely concerned, I would do something about it. But right now, it's the end of the school year so I don't care even more!

It was tough when i was Ashley's age. I felt so awful about myself. Disgusted even. The things i was being told everyday made me feel like dirt. When you're that age... it just doesn't seem like anything will get better.

But it did. Because with having that epiphany. I got self-esteem. And a little bit of confidence

There ya go... because once your out of high school, its a whole new world. You still have to deal with peoples opinions of you, but at that point, it doesn't matter a fig what any one else thinks.

You guys are ahead of the curve already having attained that attitude before you get out of school!!!
