You must be very strong.

We saw Christmas trees piled up in front of the grocery store this morning. The problem was that all those poor trees looked very dry and brittle.

Still no tree. Still not into it.

I kind of like the idea of putting up the Christmas Tree on Christmas Eve. I wonder if there are any families that even do that anymore?

A Christmas Eve does sound cool. My father in law says his family always did that growing up. And they tied presents on it too, just like the song...

Christmas is definitely a state of mind.

I think so too. That is why I cannot get into at the moment....

Even so, I am thankful for all that Christmas really stands for.... the ultimate Christmas gift.

I sometimes will, however, only so far anyway for the amusement and bemusement for my rotten ;) cats. My little one sometimes sniffs my facial either in the early morning or very late at night, I believe that is her way of checking out if I am still alive or maybe if I am awake or the opposite. Then my big cat, he has a catatude, but he is a good cat. When he has enough of your petting him, he will complain a little, then if you don't listen to him, he will bat at you with one paw, and stick his middle claw out to take a swipe at you. It is not painful, it is just to make his point clear. It is the equivalent to giving you the middle finger... ha.. no really. He even told me so. :) ;)

Breakfast time for me. I just need to decide what to have this morning.
