Breakfast food is some of my favorite.
There's a great bowl of cereal and fruit. Sometimes dry cereal, and sometimes oatmeal.
Sometimes an omelet with lots of veggies. I can team that up with toast or tortillas sometimes.
French toast is a favorite of mine.
Do you like pancakes? I sometimes mash a banana in mine. It tastes great and adds some much needed fiber.
What did I have yesterday? It was the fast and easy bowl of cereal. Shredded wheat with a medium sized banana. I did also have some orange/carrot juice.
