By the way, I aced the piano test today. Teacher says I play too loud though. A trombone player, playing loudly? Never!

I watched the Rocky Horror Picture Show for the first time today, and it looks like I'm gonna have to get myself another great soundtrack!

I played trumpet around 5th grade in a little band we had at school but I never really practiced so at shows I just tried to mimic the other trumplet players fingers and not actually blow lol

I watched the Rocky Horror Picture Show for the first time today, and it looks like I'm gonna have to get myself another great soundtrack!

That is one of my favorite movies. Now I'm gonna have to watch that later today. Well, time for class... joy.

I was a woodwind. Clarinet, bass clarinet, flute, and piccolo were my main instruments. Loved it, and I definitely miss it.

Big day for Southern California baseball fans. Dodgers home at 3:07pm (first pitch time) and the Angels home tonight (6:37 first pitch, Pacific)...I can't remember another time when both teams have had home playoff games on the same day.

Together, about 100,000 fans.

And here's hoping for my Angels that the fifth time is the charm, against the Red Sox.

One of these years I will go to a midnight showing of that movie and bring all those rediculous goodies. They only do midnight showings here on halloween. Maybe I can get a group of friends to dress up with me, that could be fun.

Oh I dunno about that! We get really into it at home; we will get up and do the Time Warp through the house, sing along with all the songs, it gets pretty goofy. But yeah, I have to go see it some time. My step dad used to go every friday growing up. I wish they showed it more frequently than just on halloween, especially since it's downtown. I don't want to be downtown at midnight on a friday... no thanks.

How is it possible that someone doesn't like Rocky?!?! Your kids may be a bit young for it though so they it makes sense that they think you're insane. You should just come up here and watch it with us! I agree, it's not fun watching a movie like that alone. I really think I'm gonna pull that out today and watch it. Gotta drag Joey away from baseball for that though. ESPN wins every time with him though...

We've been watching the Nightmare Before Christmas. Every night. That is what my kids are into. I enjoy it. But I'd like to mix it up with Rocky every now and again.
