If you had to voice your own spiel, what would it be for and how would it go?
Here is an example:
"Ladies and Gentleman, Boys and Girls. Due to unforseen circumstances beyond our control, our fireworks spectacular: Remember Dreams Come True, has been cancelled. We apologize for the inconvience this may have caused you and invite you to experience our next Fantasmic! showing at the Rivers of America in Frontierland. Thank You. Once again, our fireworks spectacular has been cancelled."

to reduce crowds in front of the castle/hub/main street during the fireworks shows i'd play this spiel:
Ladies and Gentlemen, Miley Cyrus and Selena Gomez are performing in Critter Country. Please make your way there in an orderly fashion and remember to take your space-hogging strollers with you. If your child falls while you are in motion, please do NOT stop to pick them up. Simply wait until the park has reached its closing hours, then we will send an attendant to pick your child up for you.

On a serious not, if I had a say I would change the "winds in higher elevations" spiel so people understand why something was cancelled and therefore bitch less
"Ladies and gentlemen...Due to unfavorable winds in higher elevations and out of the concern for the well-being of our guests, cast members, and neighbors, our nighttime spectacular RDCT/M/HS/BIHM/etc has been cancelled/cannot continue. Once again due to unfavorable winds in higher elevations..."
"Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls: Due to the unexpected absence of Tinker Bell, tonight's showing of Remember... Dreams Come True may not continue. If any tall woman would like to audition for a chance to light up the sky at Disneyland tonight, please consult one of our Matterhorn Cast Members."
