so you're wishing you're team could score and the game can be over? i bet the stands are at least half empty by now and the players are exhausted

It's a wet and cold night back there, and there was a three-hour rain delay in the fifth inning. Yes, I want to see the Angels win. But they had a two-run lead in the ninth inning and the Sox tied it up.

As for the stadium being half-empty....not quite. There appear to be more people in the stands than on the field (not counting the Fenway Park employees), but it would be close.

It's about 2-30 am in Boston...the Angels cut down the winning run at the plate in the home half of the 12th...so they play on, to the 13th inning, in front of what appears on TV to be friends and family remaining in the stands. And fans of the World Poker Tour, supposed to be shown right now on the Fox Sports West cable channel, are undoubtedly ticked off.
God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.

Wow having that many people in the stands late on a cold night like that is pretty good. Most people ditch a game when it gets late

    Ain't my life exciting.

And I'll probably pass on the blurays unless the original cuts end up being added.

And seeing as how today is Cinco de Mayo, I think this is somewhat relevant.

One of my favorite moments in Phineas and Ferb, when I first heard Linda say Oyle I lost it.

Its one day closer to the wknd..........yaay!!!

Woke up with the same sore throat I went to bed with Still hurts to eat or swallow. At least I don't have any other symptoms besides my allergies. I looked in my throat and yeah, its a bit swollen. My Mom thinks maybe I have strep, but I doubt that. I don't have a fever or headache associated with it. I've had a few sore throats like this before and in 2 or 3 days it clears up. So we'll see, if its the same tomorrow I'll call the doctor to see what she thinks.

Okay have a good day all. Looks like another beautiful day on the horizon

Another sunny day for me here in Chicago.

I have discovered reruns of My Three Sons are on here in the morning. They just ran the episode where Robbie marries Katie. I loved that show when it was first on, and I still love it today. Although, I can't watch Fred McMurray, and not think Shaggy Dog.

Now I must finish the laundry today that I abandoned two days ago. Thank goodness it's not that much.

    Have a great day everyone.

Morning everyone!! Yup, gonna be a warm one here too. I still need to do lots of yard work. Yesterday I was home by about 2:30 which would of given me plenty of time to get some outside work done but... Maybe today... we'll see.

Lori I hope that sore throat goes away!

Re: RCMC 110: Born to Gaze into Night Skies

Hello everyone. Cinco De Mayo hasn't been the same here since the Violence in Juarez escalated. the last count was over 700 murders this year. They have moved to celebration here to El Paso, but, underlying it all is this sad state of affairs across the border.

On another note, If you have Elderly loved ones that live alone, check on them often. My Stepdad's father died over a week ago, and they didn't find the body until last night. So, hug the people you love and forget the inconvenience of having to call your older family members, because, the guilt will be more inconvenient in the end...

I'm just a ray of sunshine this morning. How's your day?
