I'm not shocked, but I am dismayed. :P you should read it! get on that! if you don't have time, get the audiobooks from the library or something. I used to listen to a couple chapters every night as I laid in bed to go to sleep. it was actually quite relaxing to have a British guy reading in your ears. lol.
although I should warn you, your life will never be the same. :O
Don't feel bad. I've never read Harry Potter either. Daughter kept trying to get me to read it. I told her I'd read Harry Potter when she read the Dune series... All 14 of them. Or how ever many there are... I'd have to dig them out and count...
I read the entire series. Although I didn't pick up the first book until the first movie came out.

Kevin, there's a DC hero called Firestorm who is able to change the chemical composition of anything so that's where I stole the ice cream power idea from
in 10th grade I wrote a blerby thing on what superpower I would have.. my superpower was the ability to be the best at everything. lol. although ultimately I concluded that I would explode from paradoxicalness since I would be the best at being the worst. or something.
And did your teacher tell you "that was pretty good, coming from you"
