It breaks my heart that you have to deal with all this junk. It is not fair....

The hurt you are feeling will naturally make you want to lash out. Just take a step back and breathe....


I know how hurtful family stuff can be, especially when it is from your parents. I had to deal with alot of that when I was your age too.

But you know what? Family is not defined by blood relation. Family is those people who love you, listen to you, laugh with you, cry with you... it is those that are there for you regardless.


I wish I could fix things for you, but I cannot.

However, I am always available any time you need ANYTHING.

I find it very comforting that the RCMC represents a safe little corner of MiceChat. It saddens me that the rest of MiceChat is not always the same.

So true. I agree. I rarely venture out anymore.

I tend to like French Toast too. It's best when it's made with basic white bread, and I like to butter it, wait for the butter to melt, then sprinkle some granulated sugar on top.

Of course, when I was younger, I would use most of a whole stick of butter, and pretty much the entire cup of sugar, but I've mellowed a bit in my old age.....

lol.

I like mine with butter and powdered sugar.

Well time for me to say goodnight. The clock strikes midnight very soon in my neck of the woods.

Thanks for the support and care, everyone. I really take advantage of you all, it's easy to be ungrateful for the amazing family I have here. Sometimes, it seems easier to spread negative energy and really affect people with, negativity is much less disguised than any positivity one encounters each day. However, I realize that's now true, hearing the support and care from you all, and the way you all graciously put up with my constant complaining, is so full of comfort that I realize positive energy is just as powerful as negativity. It sounds so cheesy, but all of you really are the best family I could ever ask for, and you're all the only people in my lives that I can always count on to not only accept me for who I am, but also make me feel any sort of purpose in my life. With relatives it seems to be nothing but drama and hurt, but here, with my actual family, I realize what a family is and how they should make one feel. Everyone helps each other here in unique ways, and in unique situations some may feel like they have less to offer than others, but when everyone comes together and just shows they care, either with a few words or a few paragraphs, it has an equally comforting, positive effect that can't be found anywhere but in a family.

Ah Jessica... I usually have some profound words of wisdom or pearls of insight... but my brain is just to fried tonight to string together much in the way of coherent thought... but thank goodness others in our "family" are here and did have some happy thoughts and words of encouragement and advice for you!

Sometimes it might seem like we are at a loss of words for you... but never be afraid to come in here and vent your spleen and say what is truly on your mind. Sometimes just getting it out and "putting the words to paper" so to speak are a help even if no one has anything to add at the moment!

And since tomorrow will be another early and long day for me I must take my leave and nanner on down the road... you kiddles have a good night and I'll peek in in the morning before I head to work!

I don't frequent the RCMC as much as I used to so our bond hasn't built up to the bond that I have with other RCMC homies but that should never stop you from reaching out to any in the glorious RCMC. The members of this club are truly one of a kind on MiceChat and really everyone who wants to join in on the fun has been welcomed with opened arms. Personally to see how some like Barb and Dearest Mother Pengy have come out and supported you, it shows me how much of a value you truly are. They are a pretty good judge of character Don't ever doubt yourself.

Some come and go when it comes to the RCMC but everyone here is always willing to give a pep talk or simply just listen.
