LOL, yAy! Have fun! I don't follow sports...any sports. Politics once every 4 years is bad enough...I think if I cared about sports I'd go nuts!

Hello all! Here I am, once again coming to you from Macroeconomics class.

I had a MC dream this morning - Dusty was in it and we were at a meet, but not at any of the parks...thats all I remember, but it made me laugh when I realized I may be spending too much time here....oh well.
You can never spend to much time here!

    Hello everyone.

OSHA was on the job yesterday and today. They said they were doing a 'comprehensive safety inspection'. This usually means 'Bust 'em for ANYTHING'.

They were pretty rough on the ironworkers and welders, me and my crew got off easy. The existing part of the plant did fairly well too.

In other news, it was about 75º today, Friday it's supposed to be 36º, and a low of 18º Friday night.

    Guess summer's over.....

    Hi peeps

Glad the OSHA visit is over for you Rob. I hated when they would have to come and visit out plant. All lift drivers had to make sure they were wearing their seat belts and abiding by all safety rules. After they left, it was business as usual. Isn't that sad..... OSHA must know that a lot of lift drivers break some of the rules on a daily basis.

Yep, it's too bad you have to act differently when the safety zealots are around.

I'd be willing to bet that having any sort of safety person around is actually more of a hazard than than when we're left alone.

It was almost 90 here today. I haven't even looked at a forecast since they are usually wrong anyway!

    I'm not watching the TV.

    I'm staying away from FB.

I'm not even looking online right now for results.

Because this is one election that no matter which way it goes, we're going to be screwed for the next four years.... no matter what.

Which is why for the first time in my entire life.... no matter which one wins, I'm not responsible.

Yup... I voted third party this year. But I did NOT vote for Rosanne!

Oh I'm sure they know. But they catch people who are in the habit of doing it "wrong" when they aren't there, because if you aren't in the habit of doing it right the first time its easy to get caught doing it wrong.

Yeah that made no sense.... this is what happens when I'm out of chocolate.

    Same here.

    The only things I know for sure that are going to happen no matter who gets in office are;

    1) There will be more rules and regulations that I will be forced to blindly obey, most of them against my will. But I keep forgetting, they're all for my own good!
    What a crock.....

    2) More of my money will be taken from me by force and against my will.
Oh yeah, it's all for my own good......

I think we'd actually do better by drawing names out of a hat; we certainly can't do any worse!!

    Agreed!! I voted the same.

Going rogue is the only way, imo.

Agreed I broke safety rules, I just wasn't crazy and insane about it. Some lift drivers didn't really care how they drove. I would remind some that you realize you hit something or someone your entirely responsible for it.
