That sounds familiar......with similar results. The next two kids she was more like 'This hurts, gimme the meds right up front!'

That sounds joyful. I'm a tad jealous that I don't get those urges. Too preoccupied with my own stuff I guess.

It'll be in the low 40's for me tomorrow night. I see a cold front is going to hit most of the Pacific or West area. It was an okay temp today but the air felt cold earlier this afternoon.
It was REALLY windy today. Dust everywhere. It'll be weeks until I get all the sand out of my eyes and ears....

Yup, I said that if I ever had any other kids...the meds would be there waiting. But I won't be having any other kids.

Actually I do these days. When I need to lift something heavy, instead of just hefting it up, I'll rig some sort of winch or something. Takes a bit more time, but it's worth it.

Same here; I got changed into a steer after the last one was born.

But yeah, judging from the look on her face, the meds were most certainly the way to go.

I know! I'm not even sure if the other "people" in the game with me were real other people or just ones created to follow me around!

    I agree.

Gotta love bi polar So Cal weather.... a couple of days ago, 90 degrees... today, cold and windy with a chance of rain and snow level dropping down to 3000 feet.

I have a coworker who is expecting her first, and she says she wants to deliver it without drugs, which although I don't think I would want to (glad, I'll never have to make that decision) I can understand that that's what some want. It's her reasoning that doesn't make sense. It's just because she doesn't want the needle going into her spine, I pointed out that that's obviously the more tolerable pain since it's the preferred way to reduce pain, but whatever, it's not my call.

I grew up in SoCal, and always loved the rain but a few years in the Pacific Northwest changed that.
