RCMC# 121: Life is a highway... with friends along for the ride!

Poor Barry. He's like my neighbor, they both spend way too much time in the hospital.

Hopefully a few days of rest and antibiotics will have him good as new and out of that place!!

Happy Sunday! Our weather service can not get anything right lately. Its suppose to be totally clear today... but there are a few clouds out there. Nothing threatening, and its nice and calm outside right now. We'll see how the day progresses.

And how much I get done today.... :D

Well I was all set to get a whole lot of yardwork done, and then I saw something creeping along the vegetation, exactly where I was working. Not sure what it was, but it was too close for comfort. My husband came out, and we mowed the grass, but now I am afraid to think that we might have a rodent problem in our yard, or next store.

Why do these things always happen to me?

I should do some stuff outside... its a bit warm but not to bad. But I've just been putzing around...hubby isn't feeling well and is in bed since he didn't sleep good last night. Every so often he gets these bouts of vertigo and last night one hit. Thankfully he is off tomorrow from work. Guess I should wake him up before his sleep schedule is totally messed up...

Unfortunately, the cute baby you see in my avatar is not so tired.... He will not be allowed admission into our super cool United Tired People of America support group. (The aforementioned name of proposed support group is a working title only, lol).

So I shall give him a warm bath to see if that works....

Yep, I hope Barry gets well soon. Even working in a hospital is bad, being a patient has to be much worse.......

Pengy; you'll never be as old as I am, so you might as well just quit trying........Lol.

M7D; yes, I know about babies and their continually keeping us parents work out all the time. Obviously it's to get even with us doing the same thing to our parents, but it's sure be nice if the chain were broken once in a while.....

:lol: I don't know Rob... today I feel older than both of us put together! I should of headed to bed at 9. But what am I doing?

Yup.... messing around with the computer. Even though my alarm will go off at 5:30 and I'll have to go to work. Hoping it won't be to bad though... saw one of our CNA's at Wally World today and he said we only had 10 patients the other day. But it will probably pick up in the afternoon.... as people realize they have to go back to work on Tuesday! ;)

Well, bath is done. Currently trying to nurse him to sleep, but he's just staring at me, lol.

For the first time today he nodded "yes" to answer me. So cute!

And he's beginning to walk around the house. His gait is that of a drunken sailor, (think Capt. Jack Sparrow, lol) but he sure is adorable!
