Sorry, big brother! I haven't been feeling well! But yes, we got your beautiful card and thoughful gift! Thank you so much! We will definitely enjoy them!

My Casey has been especially blue since the loss of our doggie. Against my better judgement, we adopoted a new dog last week. He's a husky, chow mix. Very fluffy doggie. Very sweet. He seems to be lifting Casey's spirits (and mine, too.) But the best spirit lifter? Knowing I have friends like you who care.

I also found my caramel Ghiradelli squares that I forgot I bought. Double yum! Today is a good day.

and pengy, yeah i got my office to join in on the help with that wish, we are sending cards out tomorrow.. as i just read he made the 35,000 record, he should shatter the record in the next few days! doesn't mean we shouldn't send a card!!! still send one! after all i think it's great, and i wanna help that kid out!

and i am bringing in a box of cards tomorrow to the office and anyone that wants to participate is going to come see me for a card! YAYA!!!!!!! Team Dalton!!!

I think I'm going to make a bunch of spritz cookies this year. I dug out my cookie press thing. Got some real butter... yup gonna be cranking them out... if I get everything else done and caught up first.

Although statistically, a large number of spammers actually come from the USA.

It does like this once in a while. I recall that a couple of years ago before the anniversary meet we got hit hard like this. Then it settled down again. Apparently spam traffic has been heavy since sometime in August on a lot of sites.

i found on twitter today a news article about a boy that is 9 lives in KY and is dying from CF, he only has so long to live. Anyhow he wants a xmas wish, his xmas wish is to SHATTER the world record of most xmas cards!!!

Right! I made the biscotti! I haven't made that in a while. In fact, I think that was the last time I made it because I tried making it again and the dough went all wonky. Maybe I'll make some of that and dip it in chocolate? Hmmmm. Now I just want a week off of work to bake. Of course I need money to do that too. Darn baking stuff being so expensive.
