Well, I played the "get-up-at-3am" thing for a while when I first got hired at Starbucks in 2004. The shift started at 4:15...It didn't work out too well for me - I am a night owl at heart, and I was sick all the time because I wasn't sleeping!

Hi Jim,

I've had a headache most of the day with some pressure in my head. It's tolerable for the most part. I haven't taken any pain meds for it.

Went to the chiropractor earlier this afternoon, they were nice enough to squeeze me into their schedule today. I filled out paperwork describing my symptoms and how the accident happened and insurance type of stuff. No official exam today, maybe on Wednesday when I go back. I'll need to get a copy of my CT scan from Kaiser, since he would like to take a look at it. My chiropractor was surprised that no other x-rays were done while I was in emergency.

On the brighter side, the body shop called me earlier today and my car was done. I'll go and pick it up on Wednesday morning.

Soooo not for me. I did a stint in a call center, graveyard shift, I was fine until 3:30 am and then the battle to keep my head off the keyboard began.

Go for it!! It comes in handy!! It helps de-wrinkle clothes that have been sitting in the dryer too long, too. I have so many tips to facilitate proscratination! I'll tell you more later...

You should write a book. . . you know, sometime. . .
