i am not even going to read thru what i missed... i was making cake pops tonight. i added to much frosting to cake crumbles and now they are too mushy. so i am freezing them ovenight in hopes that might help. otherwise when i finish them tomorrow they might be just cake bites

Last time I made cake pops I was out of lollipop sticks and too lazy (and cheap) to go buy more, so I made cake "bites". They were harder to dip, but no one seemed to mind they were missing the sticks! Haha

Jim - let us know if you get any goodies from the craft fair!!

Clara - Pirates sounds fun!! I'm sure your boy will have a blast. That was a neat gift for your boss to get you! I'm really big on "Experiences" like that, more so than possessions (especially stuff I don't need), so they get cool points from me!

Speaking of experiences, my husband surprised me with tickets to see Cavalia (Odysseo) tonight. If you aren't familiar, it's like Cirque du Soleil but with horses. We went to dinner at Roy's before hand (with gift cards - yay!!). It was a really fun and special date night.
