Since I know where all the cameras are, I just do goofy poses on the rides. I was with 3 other girls from work, so I did the worst face I could to embarrass them.

Ok so AHS this week was awesome!!! I don't know how I survived the hiatus.
My family moans and groans when I get the camera out. That's both sides of the family. My husband's family who I only see a few times a year, and mine who I see even less. So, I take out the camera anyway, and I coax them into at least a group picture. This past holiday period I got my group pictures, and I even managed a few others of family members who I haven't seen for years.

I'm watching it tonight! Can't wait!
My husband has to go back to work tomorrow, so I need to do some cooking today. Before I do that, it will be a good idea to clean out the fridge. Fun times for me today.
My Christmas Tree is still up. The last evidence of the holidays will be taken down tomorrow for sure. I left it up this long because my husband enjoys the Christmas Tree. He lights it up the minute he gets up in the morning.

And once again I spend a good part of the night wide awake, tossing and turning and not being able to get comfortable and go back to sleep.... until the alarm goes off. Well at least its just half a shift today so I only have to do 6.5 hours instead of the full 12.5. Maybe I'll sneak in a nap in the dentists chair this afternoon!

I kept waking up every few hours. But I *think* I know why. My kid was sleeping with me and he fought me on taking a shower before bed saying he would do it in the morning. So I'm making up my grocery list for grocery shopping on Sunday...Ralphs always has the wine and spirits on sale at 30% off but you have to buy 6 of them....I'm debating whether I should buy 6 bottles of JD......

OMG, THIS! This is why I now suck it up and allow pics to be taken of me. That, and I realized I am actually much more photogenic when I pretend to love the camera, as opposed to when I am trying to force myself to let my picture be taken. Go figure....As for pictures... while I'm thinking of it...
I use to be way camera shy too. I HATED having my picture taken. I much preferred to be behind the camera. And who would want a picture of this cow anyway... So nope... no pictures of me thank you very much. To ugly, to fat, do not like....
Then one day a few years ago I was talking to my daughter, and she made the comment that someday I'd be gone, and she (and any grandkids I might have) would never have any pictures of her mother(grandmother)....
And I got to thinking about all the pictures I DIDN'T have of people who were no longer in my life and who I would never again have a chance to see or to get pictures of/with.
And I realized life is to short to sweat the stupid stuff. And then I got involved with MiceChat... and then I started going to meets where there were dozens of cameras all over the place... and I started to relax about the picture thing.
Oh I still don't like it, and I still hate when a pic of me shows up that you see... well... the real me, or an unflatering angle... But you know what? Thats reality. Thats me and I have to own it. And if people are put off or offended by my reality, then I guess I don't need them around anyway. And at least this way, when I am gone, there will be a few pics out there of me for my daughter and grandkids if any ever come along.
LOL! Its a little early in the day to be thinking about JD, dontcha think? HAHA...now, Captain Morgan...never too early for a little Captain in the Coke Zero....

Welll I should admit this here but sometimes...JD in the night glass of Coke Zero is what keeps me calm when I'm telling my kid for the 50th time to get in the FRICKIN SHOWER!LOL! Its a little early in the day to be thinking about JD, dontcha think? HAHA...now, Captain Morgan...never too early for a little Captain in the Coke Zero....
God, I think the last time I drank in the morning was...2006? It was a good morning though...Ah, the joys of self-medicating...
