It's a baked corn dish. Two cans of corn, one creamed corn, one regular. You drain the regular, add both cans to a small baking bowl, add an egg, a splash of milk, and either bread crumbs or broken up Ritz crackers. Salt, pepper and ya bake it for I think half an hour. I think there's some butter in there too. But ugh is it the best thing I've ever had. Never knew what the heck it was growing up, I'd just always tell Grandma when she was making Thanksgiving dinner that I want "that baked corn thing." She calls it scalloped corn, so I just run with that lol.Quote:
