So are you set for your trip? I know you were still in the midst of packing. Usually on a long trip I try to bring half the amount of clothes "I think" I need and do laundry while I'm there, and if that doesn't permit, how a bottle of febreeze will travel
Oh no. I am traveling alone. He's not into Disney at all. The only time he went on a Disney vacation was when we took our grandson to Disney World in 1997. Sean was 4. My husband had a good time, but he can't bring himself to return. He hates airplane travel. So he tells me to go. Go with others. Go by yourself. Go have fun, he says, and so I do.
Ok so I just got the weekly email from the drive in I go to about the new releases coming out...
This Guillermo Del Toro movie Mama...by gosh that looks horrific. I can't even sit through the trailer! When we went to Universal a month ago there were posters, HUGE billboard type posters all over of this movie and the trailers just looks scary.
I did enjoy his movie Pan's Labyrinth though...it was a different kind of horror because that man in that movie was awful. BUt he got what he deserved.
I can't handle those movies and I can't handle them more becuase it involves children. I don't like filling my head with things like that.
Oh we have a lot in common, and neither of us smoke or drink, or have ever felt the need to hang out in bars. I guess that comes from getting married so young. My husband says, "I never didn't want to come home". That's a compliment, because some men spend time away from their families, socializing, drinking, partying, so they don't have to go home to their wives. Of course, the opposite is true as well. Just not in our case. My dad was the same way. He always came home at night after work.
u know it's amazing what a coat of paint can do for toes.seriously. i am sure your toes are fine though barbaraann ..i got a calcium deposits in my nails, they show up as white spots..but i just covered all that up!

This is funny...you are like my parents. That is something my father would say. They just celebrated their 37th anniversary in December. I love hearing stories like that.
my grandma once told me that no matter how bad your nail or toes look (and this goes with the coat of paint thing) or you think they look, just a coat of paint can create a diversion and only you know if your toes or nails are not great, to everyone else around you they look fab! and she always slapped on some red paint on her nails, and they always looked great, it was cause of the paint job. an so now i totally get why she meant by that. it's like instant magic cure!
she had arthritis in her hands and had many surgeries..and her fingers were mangled cause of it, but when she put a coat of her favorite polish on, it didn't matter anymore what her fingers looked like, they just looked great.
