RCMC #127: One lumps or two?

Actually, a bit sore in some spots; I worked on a big circuit breaker today, it was about 3' X 3' X 3' and weighed 560 lbs. Breakers like this can be removed from their cubby-holes and rolled out onto a winch sort of thing.

All the mechanical stuff on it was on the bottom, so I rolled it onto the winch rails and went to work. The bad part is that the bottom of it was about 4' 6" from the floor. I'm 6' tall. On my knees wasn't very comfortable because of the structure of the winch, so I spent an hour or so in a somewhat contorted position.

I'm getting too old for this sort of stuff.......
