Not only can this cause significant discomfort, but extended episodes of diarrhea or vomiting can lead to dehydration, causing extreme thirst, fatigue...yada yada, anyhow i am sure you knew this. if you excrete to much oxalate you can produce kidney stones. when u take Vit.C your body metabolizes it into a thing called oxalate.
