Yes, you can overdose on it. Usually you'll get an upset stomach before it does any major harm. It's a water soluble vitamin, which means that your body absorbs what it needs and you pee the rest out. However if you keep taking large amounts, you can get kidney stones and ther complications.

    Just sayin'!

actually you can .Some of the more common symptoms of a vitamin C overdose involve the digestive tract. If you consume more than 2,000 mg of vitamin C, you may develop severe gastrointestinal irritation and diarrhea. Not only can this cause significant discomfort, but extended episodes of diarrhea or vomiting can lead to dehydration, causing extreme thirst, fatigue...yada yada, anyhow i am sure you knew this. if you excrete to much oxalate you can produce kidney stones. when u take Vit.C your body metabolizes it into a thing called oxalate.

so overall, i suggest you don't take anymore. but thats just me

He does pretty much all the driving when we are together, even though he's an awful driver. We are old school like that.

Heck yeah I'll come over for pigs in a blanket! Lol

those pigs in a blanket look good! I'm eating a weird packaged panna cotta dessert I bought on a whim at the student union place. it tastes absolutely nothing like panna cotta but hey there's nothing offensive about the nutrition facts so that's cool.

I'm really excited for tomorrow! I'm looking at Yelp reviews for Trader Sam's, and everyone's saying that the drinks are surprisingly strong, so I'm really sorry ahead of time if I get drunk and start singing Disney songs/"Believe" by Cher. lol. I mean that probably won't happen but, uhhh.... :P

    Hey Kelly,

So I've been looking up NHL diver videos on youtube. They're quite hilarious I have to say!

It didn't really occur to me that goalies do it too but now that I think about it, some of them sure do. *cough cough Martin Brodeur against my Ducks in the Finals a couple years back cough cough*

Usually I take Yelp reviews with a huge grain of salt. Often times reviewers have a huge axe to grind, especially if they haven't submitted tons of reviews. Other times, they seem too pampered and have overly high expectations...My dentist has both excellent and poor reviews and with the poor reviews, it seems like they were expecting it to be a luxury resort or something.
