    side note, about knives. I have 3 of those porcelien knives. they are white blade, supe super super super sharp and never have to be sharpened.. well at least not for years. we had our for 3 years and then it finally needed to be sharpened. anyhow.. if anyone of you get one of those, again they are SUPER sharp. just warning you!

    kelly, my dad has a train track that goes around his office, and he built it himself, it's above near the cieling, it's way cool and some of those trains he bought that we thought would never run again, that were like super old, he got them working again. and they sit on the track and run around his office above his head. how cool is that?! i am going to get those trains someday i am sure.. like as in inherited through the will lol

    That is sooooo cool!! I saw in the Dream Suite, there's one room where they have a train like that. I love it!

    The chefs on the cooking shows are all "on the clock". So they are chopping up that food as fast as they can. Of course they need the best knives, so they can get their work done in the shortest amount of time. When I am in my kitchen, I can use the knife that I am comfortable with, and if I want to hold the potato in my hand, and the paring knife in the other hand, I will. I never have cut myself once in the kitchen. My grandson has often watched me chop and cut stuff, and I make him nervous.

    Watching those chefs chopping makes me nervous to. I have an aversion to knives for some reason.
