i read on Facebook today a friend of mine lives where it's got the storms right now and she has to shovel a tiny spot for her tiny dogs to go to the bathroom....they won't just go in the snow?? lol

They would if she wasn't pampering them. Coyotes, and regular dogs in Tahoe do.

well, that was fast. I already got an email saying that based on the information in my application, I've been selected to participate in an initial interview for a possible opportunity with the Disney College Program.
it's an online interview (survey, I think). I have three days to do it, but I think I will do it tomorrow since I'm pretty tired and need to get some reading done. I have an intense take-home midterm I need to work on this weekend as well, so it will be pretty busy!

awwwkward.... apparently the shared wall between my apartment and my neighbor's is: where my dining table is, and their bathroom.
my neighbor is in her bathroom having a very frantic telephone conversation with someone and I can hear every word. it's nothing TOO bad.
since I started writing this, she hung up and is now listening to, dear god, a song by Train. and singing along to it.
but I'm also embarrassed because I sing a lot when I sit here and apparently they can totally hear me. lol. I was singing BELIEVE BY CHER earlier. wow. that's embarrassing.

I read many threads that I don't post in. Curiosity gets the best of me. I see a lot of people reading the RCMC thread on a regular basis and they never post a word. That's MiceChat in a nutshell, actually. Which is why I try to watch what I say, except for the occasional time when I slip up. Which has been recently, by the way. If I lurk. I lurk out in the open. You will know that I am there. The RCMC thread doesn't appear in new posts, and I navigate MiceChat with that tool along with my UserCP. Threads on top are likely to get read by me quite a lot. It's just natural behavior I guess. No hidden agenda.

Where I live in Chicago, the houses are very close to each other, and sometimes when windows are open, I can hear everything that my neighbors are saying. It makes me want to keep the tone of my conversation down. My grandson's cousin Jason tends to be loud when he plays his XBOX at night. He doesn't realize that his voice comes up the heating vent. When my grandson lived downstairs, and had his friends over, some of their more boisterous conversations were heard by me.
