They're not really braces, they are the clear plastic trays that straighten your teeth without all the wires and head gear. Plus I can still eat popcorn and whatnot. Worth the extra $500 to me just for that.

He did thank Leo. I'm just bitter that my Leo has not yet won an Oscar. He's the best actor I know of. But that is just me.

Good morning. Barbaraann, nice job starting this new thread. I was proud to have started the last one.

I haven't been around the last couple of days...because the cold that I thought I was over bounced back with a vengeance. I slept most of the time from Saturday noon til this morning.

Nice to see Jody back around these parts.

My RCMC family is very important to me.

That rate was amazing!! Gosh I wish it was always that rate, it would be well worth it for convenience alone.

did you dress up for dapper day? I wonder if we crossed paths?

Sleep and rest is the best thing for our bodies when we are under the weather. I have escaped being sick for quite a while, and I am grateful for that. I am looking forward to the end of Winter. Although they are forecasting snow for Chicago tonite.

I'm glad Quentin got his Oscar for Django Unchained and Christopher Waltz deserved his Oscar to. Still...I'm VERY upset that my Leo barely got a "thanks" from Quentin. No one else mentioned him but at least Quentin did.

And look at Argo...blowing Lincoln out of the water! Lincoln really didn't get to many Oscars and that was surprising.

As I said before...Brave REALLY surprised me as I was sure Wreck it Ralph had it.

And Jennifer Lawrence, fell while going up the steps to the stage to get her Oscar...oops! But her dress was ridiculously long and puffy at the bottom...I'm not surprised she did.

And I'm still trying to figure out what the point of the First Lady annoucing the Best Movie winner was...political or Hollywood? Meh either way..her dress was really pretty.
I didn't watch a single second. Was too busy sleeping. I did watch most of the Daytona 500. A lot of folks were posting on Facebook that they were watching NASCAR for the first time and rooting for Danica Patrick.

I wish MiceChat were as easy to post to from my bed on my Iphone as FB and Twitter are.

MC is very hard on my phone...I don't even try unless its to type one sentence.

I hear Danica actually did pretty good. She didn't crash (at least I don't think she did) and she's notorious for crashing.

She finished eighth, and actually led the race for a lap...the first female driver to ever do that at Daytona.

Jennifer Lawrence, tripping as she goes to get her Oscar last night. Poor thing..

It was later explained that the Dior gown simply had an odd construction that included sheer layers of tulle."
