It just always seems that any problems we have in this house are always in my tenant's apartment, and I never wanted this 2 flat to begin with. The pain of being a landlord.

Ah, yeah..that's gotta be rough. I live in a large community owned by a Development company (also my employer). In fact, I've never lived in an apartment owned by just one person, always a company.

I love when my grocery shopping list is short. That means I spend less to. But Sometimes, I put off shopping and when I do go...that list is long and the cost is whoowee! But on average I still say at least $100 a trip with coupons

I hate when I go to the store and barely get anything. I try to wait and go every other week. The dropping by to grab something is a time waste but it happens.

And I just realized that Twilight is coming out on DVD on the 2nd. Wreck it Ralph on the 5th. I need to update my Video ON Demand because I want to see Anna Karenina to.

Agreed. Most of my grocery trips happen every other Wednesday night and they are pretty much always a full page of items. The big shopping trips have two columns of items on my list.
