Spring break crowds can be brutal. When I was in Florida for spring break in 2009, we only got to go to Hollywood Studios. They reached capacity that day, and we only got to ride three rides the 6 hours we were there. We ended up just driving to Tampa to go to Busch Gardens after we went to SeaWorld.

Disney World Crowd Calendar with park opening hours April 2013

I found this crowd calendar of the internet. My vacation is from the 12th of April until the 19th. I see that it coincides with Epcot's big Flower and Garden event. I have never been at that time. I think, technically we are arriving right after Spring Break.

Yes, your dates fall as the Spring Break crowds are dwindling. That's good, still fairly busy though, particularly at the beginning of your trip. Anyway, good luck, and I hope you find the dining guide helpful.

The Epcot Flower and Garden Show should be fun. I have never see that. I will probably take a lot of pictures of all the great topiaries that they display.
