Of course the original Digging for Diamonds Threads were started for the exact reason that I started this one.

Comes up too often. If you have nothing to add, how does that help?
It's just a way of liking a post as people used to do with reputation.
Be Cool Stay in School!
Next year I'm trying for a summer internship at Stark Industries.
So Bingo doesn't count?
Or how about a simple smilie?
Who heads up "The Post Count Police", and while we are analyzing that, what happened to the ban on back to back posting?
It must all be good, other wise, why the recognition of "post counts" to begin with?

Although a one word post is more annoying than anything, when its not in the fun and games lounge, like the word games and such.
Time for another picture. That would be my grandson at the age of four as we walked down Main Street for the very first time back in 1997.
^^^ very cool Barbara! He's so cute! In 1997 I was drinking it up in a college in Texas!
My husband has family from Texas. His one sister still lives there.
It was a culture shock for me, for sure. Of course, I was away from home, at college and 18 years old. I can say I had some memorable times, to say the least. I think getting caught in a shoot out was a memorable time....
I never went to college. Never wanted to. I was perfectly happy to stay home and take care of my 2 boys, and then later on I helped to raise my 3rd boy, my grandson.

You got married early. My mother got married at 19 and had me at 20 so she never went to college either.
