I don't have a clue who this character is, but she sure had Sean's attention.

Tweedle Dee, and Tweedle Dum always hang out by the tea cup ride in Fantasyland, in Magic Kingdom.

This bench and statue are located in the Magic Kingdom Town Square.
The statue is Minnie, of course, and Walt Disney's brother Roy Disney.
I remember this Meet and Greet, it was inside the Golden Horseshoe in Magic Kingdom. Or perhaps there it has a different name.
This picture was taken at Chef Mickey's. Chef Mickey's is located in the Contemporary Hotel.
