Re: Earning My E-Ticket in 10 words or more.

Fireworks are fun. I remember my first Disneyland fireworks. That was Remember back in 2005, and it was very crowded. It was nice on my last trip that I got to see Remember again closer to the castle. Definitely a different experience. I am partial to Magical. Seeing Dumbo fly, is just so cool, for me.

We saw the fireworks from the breakfast room at our hotel on our last trip. While it was a great view, we couldn't see Tinkerbell or Dumbo very well.

We stay at the Desert Inn on Harbor; they have a deck on the roof. You can see the fireworks really well up there, but no music, and no Dumbo.

I am coming in October, and I am really debating whether or not I want to shell out extra money for the Halloween Party. I don't need the candy, certainly, and besides that I need to decide the benefit of paying extra money for perhaps fewer people and maybe special fireworks. ALthough I guess perhaps I might see characters not normally in the parks.

How much is it? I guess for me the question would be how much is a few extra hours worth. It seems unfair that they kick you out early unless you pay extra for the party but don't give you a discount on the days that are shortened.

I'm not sure if they have announced the prices yet. However, I believe even if I don't buy a ticket, I believe I can still stay in Disneyland until 7 p.m. I have an Annual Pass, and I really don't want to shell out in the neighborhood of 40 or 50 dollars for a few extra hours.

Actually off of another website, the tickets have been priced in the past, in the neighborhood of $60+ dollars.

Speaking of tickets, I bought my airline ticket for my October Disneyland trip the other day. I am looking forward to my trip, despite the fact that I have decided to skip the Halloween Party.

Still looking at the second week in December, nothing is for sure though.

Going during the Christmas Season is special. I did that back in 2008, and that was a wonderful trip.

I haven't seen the holiday decorations in a long time, it'd be good to see them again.

I'd like to see holiday decorations one day. I won't get back this year, though, and I don't want to wait until next holiday season.

It's well worth it. Some of the rides are still the same as always, others have a completely different personality.

My October getaway to Disneyland is exactly 88 days from today.
