I don't know if "joy" is quite the word, but what are ya gonna do...
Work will soon be done. After a drive home I am gonna nanner. Gotta do it in that order, I guess.
Well since it looks like I'm talking to myself... I guess I'll head for bed! :D
Oh... guess I wasn't alone after all!
Remind me to stay away from the dark chocolate. I am suffering this morning.
Besides that, the Hawks lost, and that doesn't help my mood either.
Now I need to find a way to put a lot of Happy into my Wednesday.
I like dark chocolate! Not super dark... not like the 70% or higher dark... but normal dark.
Well my company will be here around 5 this afternoon. I'll be at work, but hubby can entertain him. Still have a few things to do that hopefully I can get done between when I get home and when I leave for the hospital. At least I don't have to be there until later.... I'm just covering the last 4 hours or so.
My husband teases me, that the only time the house gets really cleaned well is when we have company over. Not true, but he likes to tell people that.
I hope your company time is pleasant.
Playing this game called Fruit Pop on my iPhone. It is too addictive. It has a catchy tune as well.
My other half complains about the house not being clean either. Although, we both work and both pay half the bills so if the house isn't cleaned up to his standards - well, his arms aren't broken.
I've always openly admitted to not being Suzie Homemaker. I've always been more interested in making things that I thought were more important priority. Things like, sitting outside on a summer night and watching the stars, or reading a good book, or spending time with friends and family and doing things that makes me happy. When I'm dead someone else can toss out my dirty laundry but when I'm alive I'm the only one that can take the time to explore life and be a part of other peoples lives.
Although right now.... I do need to at least run the vacuum in the kitchen before I go to work this afternoon. :lmao:
You know what they say about perennials. The fist year they sleep. The 2nd they creep, and after that I believe they Leap. Well it does seem that everything in my yard is leaping all over the place.
taking a break from packing to say hi! I can't believe I leave tomorrow!!!
