I have packed my iPad instead of the computer, so pictures will have to wait until I return home to Chicago. I am sure I will take some, but after these many Wisconsin vacations, lots of my photos are near repeats of earlier ones. We do have a little fancier room this time. I guess we are spoiling ourselves a bit with the upgrade.
We started these journeys many years ago with the grandson. Now he's not interested, so it's just the two of us. Mu husband wanted to skip the Dells this year, but I talked him into a shorter version of our usual plan.
Even if its a shorter trip, at least its a trip away. And hopefully you will still enjoy it and be able to relaz@

Uh oh... no you getting sick either!!! We've had a couple of kids at school sick already. Tis the season. I should get some Airborne or Emergen C and start taking it just in case.
And today... found out that the school is looking for a permanent replacement for our teacher. We saw the letter that went out to the students parents Friday. We knew she was going to be out for a while due to some issues with her credential... but now...Not liking this. We get along good with her. Things go pretty well with her. Not looking forward to getting a different person because we could end up getting someone thats a PIA to work with.
Yup... its going to be a long year.
But on a high note... took cousin to her doc appt. That went quickly so then we went to World Market, Michaels, Petco and had dinner at a place in Palm Springs called Billy Reeds (home). I love the place. Neat atmosphere.... not cheap but like I told my cousin.... how often do we get to go out of town and enjoy something other than fast food. I hadn't been there since April of 2011 according to Foursquare so it was nice. We sat, ate, had desert, visited... we hadn't even had a chance to sit and catch up for months so it was over all nice.
