Re: RCMC # 137 The Twilight Zone of Mid Summer!

I didn't mind telling my weight when I was thin, and I weighed 142. Of course, that goes back to when I could walk a mile in 12.5 minutes. Now, it takes a whole lot longer than that. My weight went south when my brother died. He was my exercise buddy.

I have a very long list of things to do today, so it's a good thing that I got up early. First things first, and that means getting dressed.

    Happy Wednesday.

My work phone has a pedometer, I walk anywhere from 5-8 miles each day. Just at work, nothing else.

I took it along on one of my DL trips, around 12 miles each day.

    That's a lot of steps.......lol.

I have a fitbit and my average Disney day is around 20,000-25,000 steps.

    I'm Home!

Of course its going to take a few days to get unpacked, put stuff away, catch up on laundry etc... doesn't help that I've got 3 days in a row at the hospital coming up starting this weekend...

Re: RCMC # 137 The Twilight Zone of Mid Summer!

It's good to wake up this morning, and read that Jody made it home all safe and sound.

My Disney World Vacation is just 10 days away, and for some reason, I have become a bit nervous about my resort choice. Not sure why that is. I have stayed at Pop Century before, and it was very nice. Of course, the last time, I wasn't by myself. I guess I have become a bit spoiled by the Timeshare accomodations that I use when I visit Disneyland. Also, I have never gone to Disney World solo before.

I should clean my bathroom today, it sure needs it.

    Happy Friday.

The weekend is here. I feel really good about it. Tomorrow I am volunteering through the middle of the day. Sunday I am considering going up into the mountains for a hike after seeing a post of a mountain lake on FB the other day.
