I was finally able to do it!

Not easy, I had to pause the video multiple times to see just how some things were done, but it is pretty cool.

Didn't know it, but there seems to be an art form called Moneygami. Read about it at:

That aside, the iPhone / iPod Touch $100 stand is possible to do (but I didn't have a $100 bill, but it worked anyway, even with paper cut to size)!
