I still have this rotten cold. It's at the draining stage, and the nagging cough is about to get me, and get me good.
I made nachos last night for my husband and his friend. I actually cut up white corn tortillas and fired them in Vegetable oil to make the chips, cooked up some ground seasoned beef, made guac and added a Mexican mix of cheeses. I put it all on top of the chips, baked it in the oven, added the guac, sour cream, black olives, salsa and jalapenos. It was sooooo delicious!
The problem is however, although I didn't eat late last night, I woke up this morning and I can still feel and taste the food in my stomach. For some reason, I did not digest it all last night. I am belching nachos and it's sorta disgusting. :yuck:
I missed this thread yesterday.

I feel so much better today.
I feel better today also. I have some energy back, so I am actually accomplishing some things around my house.
I do wish that my grandson's cat would stop leaving me presents on my stair carpet though. He is an older cat, but obviously he has a dislike for his litter box, and a fascination with that carpet.

For once I'm Disneylanded out......is that insane or what?? Never thought I'd see the day when I wouldn't have the desire to run off to Disneyland. Although, give it another month or so and I'll be dying to go back. LOL.
