The Sound Of Music is amazing to see in theaters! So much better than on dvd at home.
I was nine years old when my aunt and grandmother took a friend of mine and me to see it when it was in first release. I was nine years old. It has been right up there with my favorite all-time movies ever since.
We may have even gone to Hollywood to see it at the old Cinerama Dome (now the Arclight).
What a spectacle! If you've never seen it on the big screen, climb every mountain, ford every stream and follow every rainbow til you find your dream!

I just finished addressing all my Christmas cards. I am so glad that that is done. One more holiday chore scratched off my list. Now I need to go make sure that the ice hasn't frozen my back door shut again.
I am finally watching the end of a movie that I missed the other day. Don't you just hate it when you stay up late to see a movie, and then you fall asleep and miss the end. The movie is called The Three Gifts, and it is on right now. Almost to the end now.
My neighbor just got a Jury Summons, and she is going to try and get out of it. I never mind going. I have never actually gotten picked for a case though. It seems they never really needed a lot of jurors when it was my day to report.
