i think that is a tad bit much for a quest kiosk though.
i was lucky enough to get one about a week before they stop selling them, and while the price was only half (15,000)

That price was the "special" before it had been 20,000 and then before that, 30,000. VMK doesn't want everyone making quests, hence the large price tag, I mean they want people to make quests, but it takes a lot of server space to do so.
