I had crackers and hershey kisses. SO healthy I know! LOL.
Did not feel like leaving work and that what was in the drawer!
Macaroni and cheese with hot dogs cut up in it sounds really good...
with enough cheese and beans that sounds good too.
Do you have a freezer? I keep a frozen dinner in their just in case. I also have a couple of cup o noodles stashed in a drawer for a rainy day.

I totally get the "what was in the drawer" lunch! Sawyer's "snack" at preschool today was Dino nuggets (chicken nuggets shaped like dinosaurs) because we are on the letter "D." So, of course he doesn't want lunch - he ate at school! When something like that happened on Monday, we were at Cait's school after I picked him up from preschool, I just went into my file cabinet and found a box of the pringles sticks and bought myself a coke. Lunch of champions, right? Oh, and I followed it up with a chocolate truffle from the fundraiser samples.
I love my awesome crazy wonderful friends!!

You and Sawyer will be great friends!
Jeff does that. Of course, I had to remind him last year at Christmas time to bring home the silverware. He would grab a spoon or a fork to take with him each time he took a meal to replace the one in the freezer or the drawer, but never brought back the previous ones. Suddenly, it's December 20th and we had 7 spoons in the drawer (we have 16 total).Originally Posted by awesome JJ

Top Ramen! Love that stuff!! I make it weird though. I cook the noodles and then drain them and toss them up with the chicken spice mix, some butter and some parmesan cheese (from the big green container, not the melting stuf). One of my favorite lunches. In fact, since Sawyer isn't eating anything other than a bowl of fruit, I'm thinking I might just make that! Thanks Mandy!
(in college, I would make a simple white sauce (butter, flour, milk) and add the chicken packet and toss that in the noodles - very upscale for Ramen!)

Ok...i'm really hungry now...I'll be back after lunch!
Tiff, your way of Top Ramen is the only way I can eat it.
Tim's bringing me home a Whataburger for lunch. He knows when I feel crappy what foods I will eat. Tonight is Lipton chicken noodle soup with lots of saltines. I am so spoiled by my man.
Ok, I want to learn how to do this!
