Hair disaster!

So, I am pretty much set for my wedding.. But I have an issue.. What the heck should I do with my hair? I was thinking a updo but i'm a chunky girl and am not sure if that would make me look worse... plus i have naturally curly hair that likes to fro up/frizz out on me.. any suggestions? <3

((We are getting married at Knott's Berry Farm, my grandma decided she wanted to pay for my wedding..))

^ Me.. (Sorry if I scared you ^^

Re: Hair disaster!

I see....brightening your hair color...just a little bit more red...less dark.

And then, for your wedding...big ringlet curls.

Like this..color and style...

Re: Hair disaster!

I think a modified updo would be nice. If your naturally curly hair is anything like mine when it senses humidity it begins to afro frizz out and the updo will help prevent this.

I think your hair down would be nice, perhaps with a simple pin or barette or flower over one ear (whatever looks best with your dress). Have you tried using a diffuser before? So your curles will dry with a curl and without friz? There's a great L'Oreal (I think) product that's a shine serum. Only like, $6 at drug stores and works great for taming frizzies.

I like this look too. I think a hairdresser could flat iron your hair first and then set it on rollers to get that look.

You have really pretty eyes so be sure to play them up too.

Re: Hair disaster!

My only concern with that would be where to stick my veil and tiara but that is very pretty ^^

Re: Hair disaster!

stick the veil and tiara right on top of it. I think a tiara would be beautiful nestled among the curls.

Re: Hair disaster!

What about half up half down? You could wear it curly, but with the sides and front pulled back kind of loosely, either into a pretty bun, or just clipped back a but still hanging down? This way you have a soft looking style, but it won't get big or too frizzy as the day/night goes on... I don't curl my naturally straight hair much, because it is very prone to tangles and frizz, but when I do, I always pull or twist the sides back and clip them to keep my hair from looking like it's trying to escape my head.
