    Some like it hot

Would you rather be too hot or too cold ?

    Tell us why?

And what tips do you have for warming up or cooling down?

hmm.. I grew up in Minnesota (too cold) then moved to Arizona (too hot), then Oregon (too rainy) so now I'm in California and it's just right...ok..ok, so that was a little too "goldilocks" but i think I'd prefer to be too cold, you can always cuddle up with a blanket and loved one.

    Too cold is not acceptable.

To hot? Get naked and get wet. Yeah!

I *hate* cold. I lived in Minnesota for 19 years, Montana for 2 1/2, and I hate cold. Much rather be hot, just lay around, drink cold things. I still drink my pomegranate tea lattes even when it's 80 degrees.

Everybody always says you can put more clothes on to warm up but that never works for me. I'm cold and I stay cold. Yuck. Give me heat!

I'll take too cold. You can always add layers, but you can only take off so much without things getting a little TOO interesting in the office, KWIM?

That, and heat has some horrible effects on me. Makes me groggy and sick feeling, can't think straight, etc. I'll take cold.

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe...

TOO COLD!!! You can always add layers, but if it's too hot there's only so much you can take off before you end up skinning yourself.

See, everybody says in cold you can just add more layers but that doesn't work for me. Bleh.

Sometimes people ask me if it's hot (or cold) in here. If I'm comfortable, then for normal people it must be sweltering.

i'm a reptile, i can never be too hot.

when it gets hot, just slow down and let your mind vegetate. your only activity should just be using your tongue to zap the occasional fly that wanders by.

    Re: Some like it hot

Okay, now my answer. I would much rather be too hot. I live 10 minutes fron the beach so I can drive there and it's a good 10-15 degrees cooler. And if I jump in the ocean , it's a good 30 degrees colder.

When I am cold, I cannot get warm. I remember skiing in almost blizzard conditions one year . I was determined to stay out there and had very good clothing, but I was still getting soaked to my core. When the wind started to blow me UP the mountain, I knew it was time to call it quits for the day!
